About Embiro Labs
Embiro Labs is the AI and inference branch of Embiro, developing AI tools for teams and an open-model API for developers and product teams, with an initial focus on Uganda and East Africa. The planned service is being shaped around processing and storing data in Africa, with lower latency as a design goal. Embiro Labs is gathering interest and workload requirements before investing in compute infrastructure. Its website currently offers a waitlist; inference access, hosting locations, model availability, pricing and launch timing are not yet confirmed.
